Callarm — Privacy Policy

Callarm (이하 “본 앱”) 은 사용자의 개인정보를 소중하게 다룹니다. 본 처리방침은 본 앱이 수집·이용·보관·공유하는 정보의 범위와 이용 목적을 설명합니다.

1. 수집하는 정보

계정 정보: 이메일 주소 (Apple 로그인 또는 이메일 가입 시), 사용자 식별자
알람 발신 정보: 사용자가 입력한 전화번호, 알람 시간, 멘트 텍스트, 반복 요일, 음성 선택
이용 기록: 알람 마지막 발신 시각, 발신 결과
선택 의견: 사용자가 직접 작성·전송한 피드백 메시지와 회신용 이메일 (선택)

본 앱은 위치, 연락처, 사진, 헬스 데이터 등을 수집하지 않습니다.

2. 이용 목적

사용자가 지정한 시간에 사용자의 전화번호로 음성 통화를 발신
알람 일정 저장·표시·수정
구독·결제 관리 (RevenueCat 통한 App Store 영수증 검증)
의견 회신

각 사업자는 자신의 개인정보 처리방침에 따라 데이터를 다룹니다.

4. 보관 및 삭제

알람·계정 데이터는 사용자가 계정을 삭제할 때까지 보관됩니다.
통화 발신 기록은 90일 후 자동 삭제됩니다.
사용자는 앱 내 “설정 → 로그아웃” 후 본 메일 (contact@assistcamera.com) 로 계정 삭제 요청 시 30일 내 영구 삭제됩니다.

5. 권리

사용자는 언제든지 본인의 데이터에 대해 열람·수정·삭제·이전을 요청할 수 있습니다. 요청은 아래 연락처로 보내주세요.

6. 미성년자

만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다. 만 14세 미만 사용자는 본 앱을 이용해서는 안 됩니다.

7. 변경 사항

처리방침이 변경되면 앱 내 공지 또는 가입 이메일을 통해 알려드립니다.

Callarm (“the App”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and who we share it with.

1. Information we collect

Account info: email address (via Apple Sign In or email signup), user identifier
Alarm data: phone number you enter, alarm times, message text, repeat days, selected voice
Usage logs: last fired time of each alarm, call outcome
Optional feedback: feedback message and reply email you submit voluntarily

We do not collect your location, contacts, photos, or health data.

2. How we use it

To place a voice call to your number at your scheduled times
To save, display, and modify your alarm schedule
To verify subscription/payment via RevenueCat (App Store receipts)
To reply to feedback when an email is provided

4. Retention & deletion

Account and alarm data are retained until you delete your account.
Call logs are deleted after 90 days.
Email contact@assistcamera.com after signing out to request full account deletion; we’ll process within 30 days.

5. Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, or portability of your data anytime. Contact us at the email below.

6. Children

We do not knowingly collect data from children under 14. Users under 14 should not use this App.

7. Changes

If this policy changes we’ll notify you in-app or via your registered email.
