OPPA PAD account deletion

OPPA PAD is operated by Assist Inc. If you created or signed in to an OPPA PAD account, you can request deletion of your account and associated data from this page.

You can also start deletion inside OPPA PAD from the account settings screen.

What will be deleted

• Your OPPA PAD account identity stored through Firebase Authentication
• Your nickname and pad state stored for the account
• Custom sound files and related metadata stored for the account

Some records may be retained only when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or dispute handling.

How to request deletion

Email us from the address associated with your OPPA PAD account and include “OPPA PAD account deletion” in the subject.

We will review the request and process deletion within a reasonable period after confirming the request belongs to the account holder.
